Taken prior to Regent Street repositioning itself once again as part of London’s shopping mecca., this is a stella example of one of architect John Nash's famous 'crescents' designed during the Regency period....Nash is the architect who, among many building countrywide, is reputed to have designed Buckingham Palace & The Brighton Pavillion.
Travel in the direction of the cabs (in the image) and you’ll find yourself at Oxford St/Circus with the likes of Carnaby St, Abercrombie & Fitch & Saville Row off on its various leading side streets. Behind leads to Piccadilly, Soho,Leicester Sq.
