Penny Farthings - London
Penny farthings parked while riders take time out for lunch @ the annual London Tweed Run.
Once a year over one hundred dapperly dressed fans in authentic vintage costume, cycle, either on personally owned or hired vintage wheels ( bi, tri, penny farthings) around the landmarks & streets of London.
The route is not revealed until the morning of the event. While riders are free to tkae their own refreshments, 'posh nosh' breakfast and/or lunch befitting the occasion (hampers & champers darlinks!) can be had along the way (pre-booked) to sustain participant's throughout their leisurely 12 mile journey (5-6hr ride).
A unique event & opportunity for lovers of all things vintage to immerse themselves fully and meet equally passionate kindred souls along the way.
Attendence is a pre-booked ticketed affair.
